Recover from injury----Patella tendenitis

I have had patella tendenitis for over a year now

I have started to run again but very slowly.  

Still biking

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to run a 2:50 marathon.

Run an other 50 miler.

Run a 4 hour 50k.

I would love to do some more trail running and get off the road.

I have paced twice for the Wasatch 100. Some day I will run it.

I am finally back to running and running strong.  Started back in Nov. '10.  I ran my first half marathon post injury back in Feb in AZ in 1:32.  I have been working on my speed and endurance.  Both still need a ton of work.  No marathons planed for the year.  Maybe next year.  Been doing a lot of biking too.  It feels so great to be back.
